A1 Convention Services believes you should have the ability to choose between buying and renting when it comes to constructing your exhibit. There are advantages to both.

Rentals

If your are interested in maximizing your presence at a trade show, but without the cost and ownership commitment of a "new build," then renting a custom exhibit may be an attractive alternative.

  • Lower overall cost
    Even though you get a custom designed and built booth for your exclusive use, the costs are a lot less than purchasing a booth.
     
  • One budget and a lower initial expense
    Exhibit will be used for a specific time frame or a set amount of  trade shows. Your cost is amortized over the contact period. When an exhibit is purchased there is a larger initial investment along with a bill every show for show services. Union installation and union dismantle costs are fixed into your rental package regardless of local union scale increases. All freight charges are included in your rental package! There is no additional charges for storage from show to show regardless of how many crates the exhibit is packed in.
     
  • No Hassle - A1 handles everything
    A1 Convention Services is on site to supervise the installation of the exhibit and assist you with last-minute details. Since you don't own the booth, your responsibilities for it are dramatically reduced.

Buying

Purchasing a custom-built exhibit allows our customers to have more control over their exhibits and allows you to design a taylor-made exhibit to your specifications

  • Customized to fit your needs
    Your exhibit will be made to fit your needs. With A1 you can still choose everything from the design, materials, style and color.
     
  • Custom-lease
    The custom-lease option requires a pre-agreed upon term of the lease using a graduated payment schedule. This allows customers to pay over time as the exhibit is used. At the termination of the lease agreement, customers have the option to renew the lease or purchase the exhibit.

Renovation

Renovating your current exhibit is another attractive alternative to building a new booth, or perhaps a combination of renovation and new construction are required to adapt to changing show requirements or product lines.
